What Is Estate Planning Implementation?
Signing estate planning documents is only the beginning. Property, financial accounts, beneficiary designations, business interests, and other assets may still need to be transferred or updated before the estate plan is fully implemented.
Estate planning implementation is the administrative work required to carry out those approved instructions. It may include preparing deeds where permitted, coordinating property transfers, contacting financial institutions, coordinating account and beneficiary forms, arranging signatures and notarization, recording documents, and following up until each approved task is completed.

Attorney-Prepared Private Note and Mortgage Packages Powered by Escrow Doctors
Escrow Doctors coordinates transaction-specific Promissory Note and Mortgage packages prepared by licensed counsel for qualifying seller-financed and private real estate transactions.
The $895 standard package is designed for qualifying non-owner-occupied, investment, rental, commercial, and business-purpose transactions involving one property and agreed written loan terms.
The standard package includes a Promissory Note, Mortgage or applicable security instrument, package consistency review, one reasonable revision, and electronic PDF delivery.
Additional Documents When Requested
An Assignment of Rents and Personal Guaranty may be included at no additional charge when expressly requested by the lender, attorney, or another authorized party and when the request falls within the approved transaction scope.
Owner-occupied, second-home, personal-use, and consumer-purpose transactions require separate review. Additional requirements or fees may apply.
Each package is prepared for the specific property and transaction within the attorney-approved scope.
